Is there a way i can transfer items from my RP ranger to my PvP wammo? Cuz i see people with alot better gear than me, and i cant find a way to get better gear on a PvP only character

The Storage Vault is common to all characters on the account.

PvP characters have access to the top end gear, providing it's unlocked already.

If you're in a guild that has a hall with a storage agent, use that to transfer items between characters. Otherwise, like Hockster mentioned, items that are unlocked in PvE will be available to your PvP character in the equipment window. To unlock items in PvE, simply use an Identification kit on them - I'm pretty sure this will only work for mods, upgrades, runes, etc., not for weapons themselves or armor types.

Your guildhall does not have to have a storage for you to transfer stuff.

All the cities have storage and seeing as how you say you your pve ranger has better stuff i dont think your still in pre-searing,which is the only place with towns with no storage.
And Temple of Balthazar where pvp characters spawn for the first time has a storage.

There are only basic weapons and armor availble to be freely created by pvp characters, they are the same as the pve weapons they just dont look as cool as some do.

If you have max weapon on your pvp character then other players dont have "better" weapons/armor just cooler looking, your weapon kills or heals just as good as that shiny weapon with diamonds and rubies on it.

Not if he hasn't unlocked the modifiers yet.
